Yes it was a restaurant dish but I have seen a recipe for something very similar.

Here is a recipe thread I started. Mine wasn't casserole form but I think the flavors are close. My dinner had a little Feta on top and the spinach/artichoke spread/dip on the side.

Hubby had baked chicken breast with BBQ sauce and sautéed spinach. I had a chef salad...and his extra spinach because he didn't like it.

Herb garlic pork loin-Smithfield-tastes good-too salty won't buy it again
Rice Select-Texmati vegetable rice medley-cooked in beef broth with onions& mushrooms.

Tonight we are having porkchops in mushroom gravy, brown rice, and sliced tomatoes with cottage cheese.

Today it was roasted vegetables ...eggplant (all kinds of different baby eggplants), tomato and green beans with garlic, basil and olive oil tossed with pasta and parmesan. Also french bread with garlic, butter and EVOO. Now I'm chowing on Voortman's Almond Crunch cookies.
