One of of usuals:
Lean Italian turkey breakfast sausage sauteed with onions & garlic
Add favorite pasta sauce( I then also add white wine & low sodium V8) to our favorite consistency.
Then add Birds Eye Steamers (approx 1 cup) garlicky peas & mushrooms
I also add few table spoons fresh basil & flat leaf parsley-simmer while your favorite pasta is cooking.
Serve over your pasta and add parmesan or romano
Add your salad!

We tried an Argentinian restaurant here in San Diego. I'd never eaten Argentinian before but now I will try to do so more often. It was delicious! I started with a spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, Roquefort and strawberries. Then a filet mignon that had a pistachio-herb crust and it was on top of a creamy Roquefort sauce. Dessert was a warm chocolate chip bread pudding with cinnamon chocolate sauce. All that for $30. So good!

It's Hubby's birthday...
Pinto & northern beans made with large meaty hamhocks and cornbread.
Yellow cake with thin layer of dark chocolate frosting...Hubbys favorite.
