Ended up having spaghetti at home last night. The fair was a dissappointment...sigh...but just being with grandaughter made it fun anyhow. They only had a few ride and fewer consession stands. Maybe it's the economy? Anyhow we were home by 6:30 and just had dinner here.
No idea about tonights dinner yet!

P.S. Last post had a mistake. It was actually a moist carrot cake, NOT cheesecake.

More Backyard BBQ!! Grilling T-Bones soon, Baked potatoes, Grilled corn on the cob seasoned and wrapped in foil. Sour cream, chives , butter ...bacon bits you name it for potatoes. If I just had the Coconut Creme Pie.. We do have Lemon crunch cream cake. We also have a "Sock it to me" Cream Cake uhhh wait who said Moist carrot cake?? Pickle... Sounds really good.

We have beef tenderloin, zucchini, and potatoes to grill, but it is kind of rainy now so we might have to use the grill pan on the stove.
