I made a chicken and veggie stir fry for dinner tonight. It's gonna take a week or so before I get use to this time change...sigh.... Oh well at least the mornings are easier!

Busy today getting things ready for Thanksgiving, so an easy dinner of Fussili pasta, h/m pork & beef meatballs, baked chicken cutlets dredged in an egg wash and Panko, salad & bread. Have a nice night everyone. kelsie
