you could also see about donating some eggs to the homeless shelter Im sure they would appreciate the fact that someone thought about the homeless . I wish I could have chickens . I love fresh eggs . But as all good country people know where there are chickens there are snakes and I dont do snakes well at all . LOL !!!

Unfortunately, the local shelters wont take items such as eggs unless you have certain licensing. That being said, I personally know people in need, I take them produce, eggs, and whatever else I can on a regular basis.
As far as snakes, this is Florida, mighty snaky whether we have chickens or not, lol.
