I never buy beef, except heart and liver. But I order a fastfood dollar-menu burger about once a week or two, which is actually, I think, a patty of pulverized and strained material that was once essentially bovine, so maybe that counts. But I think it is mostly just the waste scraps left over after beef is cut for the rest of you. And accordingly, maybe more nutritious.
