Water. I drink about 1/2 gallon every day. Plus about 1/2 gallon of milk every day.

Can you say....frequent trips to the bathroom?

I'm a weightlifter. I also eat loads of nuts and fish oil to keep cholesterol levels ok.

One of my favorites, no matter what time of year. Do you make your own or do you purchase it ready-made? I buy mine ready-made at the supermarket. Probably more expensive that way, but to me it's worth it.

Water, water, water....

And I won't tell you what I have been drinking lately, (diet peach) but the metal caps say:
Some violins contain 70 separate pieces of wood
The average person takes 23,000 breaths a day
The roadrunner chases after its prey at a blurring 25 mph
Hawaii is further south than Florida
The peach was the first fruit to be eaten on the moon
111,111,111 x 111,111,111 = 12,345,678,987,654,321
The number sign # is called octothorpe
The brain operates on the same amount of power as a 10-watt light bulb
The big toe only has two bones and the rest have three
There are more chickens than people in the world

I didn't get on for a few weeks, so I saved them for us.....great cocktail party conversation starters

There was one that I threw away and now I can't fully remember.....there is only one county in the world that doesn't have owls..... If anybody ever gets this one, lemme know.

Used to cook my own! Now i use Cold Brew bags! I go through about a gallon a day..maybe a little less! There's a popular brand of pre-made tea in gallon jugs locally. Daughter buys it sometimes. Nothing will replace my home made for me. I'm not too brand picky but like to brew my own. Actually, like a store brand "Cold Brew" better than my old fave Lipton's.

Probably Greenland... and for sure not in Antarctica - but that's a continent.
