That reminds me! Much as I love ice cream I avoid it like the plague nowadays. But, even years ago a regular sized shake or malt would give me a stomach ache.

Lactose Intolerance - anything from that section. I still drink my chai tea, eat ice cream, and cheese. I'll suffer the consequences later.

It'll never stop me from eating what I like a lot!

Chew a Lactaid tablet first--you'll be fine.

I'm very fortunate - the only thing I've ever had a problem with is raw onions. And the problem is minor - only that I can't get the taste out of my mouth, from even the tiniest piece, for at least several hours. Nothing bothers my stomach.

Raw onions are the worst for me too, especially red onions. They seem to attack my stomach.

Another vote for fresh cucumbers. I can burp them for hours.

Lamb
Cooked Spinach
Some potato dishes
Coffee ( hot, for some reason ice coffee doesn't have the same effect)
Anything deep fried or covered in processed melted cheese

I will eat ( drink) all the above though but I do have a mild food intolerance to them in terms of digestion.

Meat is easy on me, but veggies are not. Mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce,(to name a few) don't do so well, but I like'em enough to eat them anyway. I could never be a vegetarian, just absolutely would not work for me.
