If I see a lot of pimples on the cashiers, that usually tells me how unhealthy the food is because, if they were like me when I was a teen, they love the side benefit of free fast food and indulge in it when possible (fortunately, my fast food stint didn't last long as I got a better summer job). Its a simple gauge for me. I wonder who would win on the pimple-o-meter scale?
Uh...check the calorie counts for those places. It's VERY easy to overeat at all of those restaurants. In fact you're almost guaranteed an unhealthy meal at all of them. That list is a crock.
I believe that Taco Bell is fine for you. I tried to eat there yesterday but they weren't open at 9:40 a.m.. They should open at 7:30 a.m.. No, make that 7.
You can get anything healthy at any fast food restaurant. Just look at the menu. Take, for example, Burger King (my favorite). A Whopper Jr without cheese is just 260 calories. Load it up with lettuce, onions, tomato's, and pickles. Of course, there is nothing better then a Double Whopper, with cheese and bacon. YUMMY!!!
Love Panera Bread. Kind of expensive though yet it's worth it.
That's for sure. $8-9 for a sandwich and bag of chips. It is good, but I would go to the store and buy deli meat, cheese, and bread for the same price.

Yeah, so true...but I'm so lazy though. Perhaps I'll buy myself a sandwich grill and make it my own next time. I can eat it whenever.
I'm glad Subway isn't on that list. I don't understand why people think that's good food. It's tasteless bread (Oh, did you know the wheat bread has a chemical in it to turn it brown? It's not the wheat that makes it brown, in fact, wheat is one of the last ingredients on the list...), the "veggies" are all from a can or the bottom of the barrel "fresh" crap, the sauces (the only way to get flavor) are full of salt and fat, and the meat is all SUPER processed and full of fillers.
I'll take Jason's Deli or Paradise Bakery any day.

Boy, you got that right - Subway has become utter garbage.
Panera is definitely good, but expensive and crowded. I need to try Jason's, they just opened one up not too far from me.
But I usually just make my own sandwiches. And my main grocer, Publix, makes some of the best subs around, a full size one makes two meals!
Yeah, but those two are rather obscure compared to Subway. If I were driving in the middle of Kansas, I'm not gonna find Jason's Deli or Paradise Bakery but I can hit up a subway within reasonable distance of anywhere for sure for some of the better fast food at rock bottom prices.
