Salad of green leaf lettuce, red bell pepper, cucumber, grape tomatoes topped with a dressing of olive oil, few drops of sesame oil and rice vinegar. A pork chop for protein. Yummy!

Today, my wonderful husband brought an assortment of sub sandwiches, with condiments, veggies, chips, iced tea, and a beautiful red velvet cake to treat me and all of the teachers on my team for Valentines. There was enough food for members of another team to eat as well.

We love you, honey!

Monday's lunch was french bread pizza, salad, a tangerine, and milk (the school lunch). I filled in at the elementary school. The kids' lunch included both fruit AND an ice cream sandwich - lucky kids!

Today's school lunch will be a rib patty on school made bun and oven fries. Rib patty isn't my favorite, but what the hay - it's free!
