I was working at someone's house today and she made me the best meal I've had in months.
Indian lady and I had:
Dal (curried lentil soup).
Spiced home made rotis (Indian flat bread.)
Absolutely amazing spicy curried vegetables.
Home made yoghurt.
Mango slices drizzled with lime juice.
Cottage cheese with caraway,black pepper and garlic scrapes that I cut of yesterday. With it a slice of rye bread and a large glass of sour lemon water.
Think I'll just drink green tea. One way to avoid salt.
