A two-faced opened-faced sandwich on potato bread: 1/2 of the sandwich was ham with provolone cheese and the other 1/2 was roast beef with cheddar. Coarse ground mustard, mayonnaise, tomatoes, lettuce and red onions adorned both sides with a prickly dill pickle to seal the deal. Iced tea as the beverage.
