Slice of pork stuffed w/ a filling of mushrooms, bacon and chicory w/ a sauce made of fried veggies (potatoe cubes, celery, onion and leek) which then simmered for a while with veggie broth and malt beer.

I am being healthy: fish in papillote. (sounds way more precocious than it is) with sole, fennel, tomato, bell peppers, onion, lentils and ras el hanout for flavoring. (instructions if you want to try you can mix and match anything. Another Great Way to Cook Fish - NYTimes.com)
