a peice of spring zucchini crustless quiche. My mom bought 3 different ones, spring zucchini, broccoli, butternut squash, 70 calories, 1 gram fat. 2 PP on Weight watchers for 1 serving. they each serve 4 people.They are low fat/calorie souffle's she got in a grocery store by her. hopefully it's good.
