a peice of spring zucchini crustless quiche. My mom bought 3 different ones, spring zucchini, broccoli, butternut squash, 70 calories, 1 gram fat. 2 PP on Weight watchers for 1 serving. they each serve 4 people.They are low fat/calorie souffle's she got in a grocery store by her. hopefully it's good.

Deli style sliced baked ham, jalapeno peppers, & American cheese on unsalted top saltines.

Lunch with the girls today at TGIFriday's. Spinach florentine flatbread, shrimp and fries, and a slice of the vanilla bean cheesecake.
