School lunch today. Little Smokies, Mac & Cheese, Fried Okra, Corn Bread. I thiough it was a lot of carbs and fat for a supposedly healthy school lunch.

A one inch thick fresh pineapple steak with 4 slices of real American cheese on whole wheat. Pineapple core and all. Why waste hard core fiber.

My sister came over and we had Thai food. I ate garlic pork with steamed rice and steamed broccoli. I have some left over for dinner later.
