Leftover barbecued pork fried rice and 3 sausage links. I felt like having bagels but realized I didn't buy any because I couldn't find them on sale, so I'll keep looking. Hopefully sometime this weekend.

Here was our breakfast, it is a fun and easy recipe and it works well when you have company cause you can make it ahead and just heat in the micro. If you want a little more cook some hash browns.

1 can Cruesant rolls (spelling)

2 eggs

2 slices of bacon

2 links of sausage

1 cup of cheese (grated)

cut bacon into small pieces; pull apart the sausage links. Place both in skillet or on griddle, brown til about cooked though. Add the eggs (slightly beaten)and scramble. Remove from heat. Place the rolls on a cookie sheet and scoop about couple of tbls full of egg mixture onto each roll. top with a little cheese and roll up according to directions. Heat for about 10 minutes in a 375 degee oven. You will have 8 rolls (enough for 4 people) and your breakfast is complete.

A bowl of champorado (Filipino chocolate rice porridge) and some orange slices.

I know I've mentioned this dish many times before, but in case you didn't know what it looks like, here's a picture:
