Had the kids here this weekend, and went all out. Hashbrowns, with jalapenos, cheddar cheese, toast, eggs, juice, coffee. They went home now...how did I ever keep up with all the dishes before?!

For the past year I've eaten this or a slight variation of the this every morning.

1 cup of instant oatmeal(the plain can not the box) with some honey and raisins
and a fruit smoothie containing 2 bananas, some plain unsweetened yogurt, and frozen fruit usually strawberries and/or blueberries. If I have time I'll make 2 scrambled eggs.

I had a bowl of Fiber One frosted mini wheats cereal with sliced bananas. I also had a small bowl of fruit: cantaloupe, honeydew melon and watermelon balls and red seedless grapes.
