After reading most of the preceding I have no question why America is having an obesity epidemic. Lately my breakfast of choice is small glass of orange juice, wheat flake cereal with thawed frozen mixed fruit. Since I have learned how great the dark berries are for you this is a favorite. Occasionally I will add half a sliced banana. When there is time I cook oatmeal and have that with the fruit and a small amount of "real" maple syrup. Cup of coffee.

Believe it or not, I actually had a rare breakfast out today. Pancakes (at IHOP), sausage links, and two eggs over-easy. That, plus coffee and orange juice.
