We are off to church, so will have a large and late breakfast. I bought a couple of sconces at the bakery the other day, will heat them up, make a fritatta with ham and veggies and cut up some fruit. On Sundays we usually only eat twice: once about 10:30 and then a pretty early dinner, maybe 5ish.

Scrambled eggs with diced tomatoes and peppers (picked from my garden). No cheese in the house, or it would have been an omelet.

Open-face breakfast sandwich consisting of a slice of toast topped with a fried egg, slice of deli ham and salsa. I also had orange slices to go with it.
