French toast and a scrambled egg EARLY this morning! On most Thursdays I volunteer with horticulture at our aquarium and we have to be in by 7:30 a. m. It's nap time now (didn't sleep much last night due to hand but have some new strategies).
I made one of my famous skillet scrambles for the wife and kids as they are tired of cheerioes for the last seven days.
Mini-cut potatoes pan fried, leftover ground hot and mild italian sausage from last nights pasta, eggs and sharp cheedar cheese. Season with a little McCormicks italian seasoning, onion and garlic powder.
today was a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and coffee.
