Homemade eggs Benedict (2 pieces). I'm trying to use up the hollandaise sauce before it goes bad.

Hi Nan! Well, I had 3 slices of the Kraft "sharp" cheddar, so I put them all on the one sandwich. They melted to the point that I had this big, molten pool of cheese pouring out all over the plate and onto my hand, scalding me pretty good - the sandwich then split down the middle on one side....I had a heck of a time trying to eat the mess. I didn't use (and never will again) the Kraft "american" cheese, since it wouldn't melt no matter what I did to it. Maybe it was just the batch that my package came from, I don't know. I think it was Wilson that said his melts fine. Thanks for asking!

Breakfast was late today, but I had a Shake-n-Bake Pork loin country-style rib with chicken flavored Lipton noodles. It was real good. When mrsrainroosty cooks them pork chops they are always juicy and delicious!
