Oven roasted butter potatos and fried eggs. All topped with shredded cheedar cheese and salsa ranchera. Corn torts warmed on the comal. Oh yeah a Modelo Especial to down it all

I'm waiting for my husband to wake up so that we can make bacon and eggs, and throw it all into a wrap with Dubliner cheese. I've never made a breakfast burrito before.

Oh. I won't be making one today, either -- I'm sure my husband will make it for me.
