I am a very sad creature of habit who has the same thing for breakfast every day. Two
thick toasted slices of bread. Bit of butter, somerset cheddar cheese (strong), smoked
salmon, coleslaw, tomato slices, cup of coffee. I think I convinced myself a long time ago
that the fish is good for me - not sure about the cheese though!!

This AM I had an english muffin, buttered a tad & sliced smoked string cheese. It was REALLY good. When driving thru WI a few weeks ago Hubby & I bought cheese for family & friends...might as well been for everyone. We had so much cheese it filled up a HUGE cooler.
