I don't normally eat breakfast (or lunch really. Maybe a quick grab of something;jerky, fruit, yogurt)
but bjh got on my mine ALL NIGHT! And I awoke thinking of a big Sunday breakfast.
So I just took out BACON to thaw. In a couple hours I'll fry up a treat.
I don't go to work til 1pm, so it will tide me over til I get home tonight.

A toasted English muffin, buttered heavy; more than half pound of hot hash browns with sauteed onions added; two poached eggs with butter topped yolks; a couple of chunks of hot lower-sodium ham; a nice big mug of dark chocolate hot cocoa. It was good. Oh....and I used Heinz 57 sauce and horseradish, too. And black pepper on the poached eggs.
I'm going to make a ham, egg and cheese on a bagel.
