Egg wwhite omelet with turkey ham and alpine lace cheese. 1/2 slice whole wheat toast. Hot tea and orange juice.

Fresh carnitas, barbacoa, and tripas with mi suegra's(my mother in law's) homemade tortillas de harina(flour tortillas) and aguacote(avocado), cilantro, cebollo(onion), salsita fresca(fresh homemade salsa). This breakfast is always heavenly. We will be eating it at 10:30 in the morning on sunday February 27, 2011. I can not wait!!!!!!!
