1:30 a.m. breakfast: 2 catfish fillets, with breadcrumbs, lemon juice and homemade cocktail sauce; these were fried in a skillet using no oil or butter - just fried on the dry skillet. I find that this works quite nicely and it is more healthful.
5:30 a.m. breakfast: One third of a fresh baked baguette with Cabot's extra sharp cheddar cheese in it. Great stuff. I buy the orange-looking cheddar instead of the white stuff; both are tasty - I just prefer the orange look.
Soon I will have breakfast #3, which I believe will be brocolli with cheese.

I have to start a diet of sorts today, i'll probly skip breakfast eat a late lunch and who knows what for dinner.. as for last nights birthday cake the leftovers i'll be giving to my neighbor.
