Aperitif: Absinthe or Campari "Zen Zero" (family's secret recipe)

Appetizer: Adam's reserve cheddar (regular fav.), Yancey's Wasabi Cheese, borsin, honey goat cheese, various crackers & breads & house special dip, grapes & cherries, & assorted olives

Salad: Mixed babygreens, with (marinated campari tomatoes, black olives, basil & cubed mozzarella), fresh basil, onions & topped with feta cheese

Soup: Beet & sourcream soup (cold or hot)

Entree: Grilled chicken breast marinated w/ garlic & campari tomatos in white wine sauce / Grilled ribeye in redwine mushroom sauce.

Side: Pasta Aglio e Olio
Side: Steamed Broccoli w/ garlic butter
Side: Carrots glazed in butter, honey, brown sugar & brandy

Dessert: Chocolate & white chocolate fondue w/ strawberries, cherries, scones, rum bread cubes, shortcake.
