I've been eating Popchips for the past week, and they are really, really, really good.
Got them at Whole Foods, but they are at other nicer grocery stores too. Haven't seen them in convenience stores or "regular" grocery stores yet.

Here's their website:

popchips! think popped! never fried. never baked. (http://www.popchips.com/think-popped/ - broken link)

No trans fat, no cholesterol. No preservatives, nothing artificial. They do have some fat, but it's from safflower/sunflower oil. Not greasy at all since they aren't fried. Much tastier than "baked" potato chips. I've only tasted the original plain flavor, but they apparently have other flavors. They are really light and airy, almost like a rice cake. But way better than a stinkin' rice cake!

Anyone else try them?

Yes! My sister gave me some and they are great! I haven't bought any yet, but I plan to.
Love that they're way healthier than regular chips (sometimes you just gotta have a chip).

They're addictive. The bbq'd ones are best.

I haven't seen them either. When I do...I'll be trying them.

Which flavor is best besides BBQ ??? Have you tried the sea salt ones ???
