So how much would it cost to ship with the dry ice and what not?

Yep, dry ice. I once had some cannolis shipped to me with dry ice.

What do you want, everything?
No one can answer you that.
It depends on the weight, volumn, to & from addresses.
Check the US Postal service, Fed Ex, & UPS websites.

Just have your parents send you the sub rolls they use then find a grocery store or deli that carries Boars Head meats and cheeses, lots of places do. Then it will be exactly the same.

Dry ice, as recommended. There are also cooler bags large enough to empty a freezer into, in case your power goes out? You'll probably want one of those too. Some kind of insulation.

Publix subs are okay, I guess, but I'd rather have their chicken meals (from the deli). They also--for those who don't cook--made holiday meals that you could pick up the day before.
