We enjoyed some amazing food over Christmas eve and Christmas day (turkey, ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans w/bacon, broccoli and cheese casserole, homemade chocolate pie, various cheesecakes, cookies and more. We had an incredible Christmas day breakfast, too - eggs, sausage, bacon, toast...). Yum.
Tonight through Thursday we're going to eat on the light side.
Tonight? Homemade chili with beans and jalapenos. Using venison. Oh, homemade sweet cornbread and a tossed salad.....it's cold here!
