We enjoyed some amazing food over Christmas eve and Christmas day (turkey, ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans w/bacon, broccoli and cheese casserole, homemade chocolate pie, various cheesecakes, cookies and more. We had an incredible Christmas day breakfast, too - eggs, sausage, bacon, toast...). Yum.

Tonight through Thursday we're going to eat on the light side.

Grilled chicken over spinach this evening.

I baked a honey-glazed spiral ham this morning.

Dinner will be fried ham slices and cheese omelettes.

Thumbs up A Burger Fit for Man vs. Food!

I had the fattest, juiciest, 1/2 pound cheeseburger on the planet.
Served next to that monster burger was an order of steak fries.

Hamburger toppings:

lettuce
tomato
onion
PICKLE
mayo
mustard
ketchup

That was earlier today; but right at this moment I am indulging in a nice piece of triple-layer carrot cake, with a cup of (decaf) coffee.

Tonight? Homemade chili with beans and jalapenos. Using venison. Oh, homemade sweet cornbread and a tossed salad.....it's cold here!
