got a bunch of thin sliced roast beef ~ so going to have a sub sandwitch with lettuce, tomato ,black olives, sweet peppers ,swiss cheese, mustard and horseradish on rye
Has been a little warm (70's) last few days so will have a light dinner.
Filet of Fish burger topped with tarter sauce.
Desert will be Hungarian style crepes I made earlier this afternoon. Filled with strawberry Jam...micro for 30 secs...topped off with powdered sugar...three on a plate for one persons serving. (Then again I have some whipped cream in the fridge) Decisions...decisions.
