Bowtie pasta tossed with portobello mushroom chunks, sun-dried tomato, artichoke hearts, basil leaves, and asiago. I didn't make it, though, it came from Jason's Deli.

Its true! I noticed myself making a lot more pasta side dishes lately! Not sure if that's a good or bad thing - I guess its no different that potatoes or rice though. There are only so many sides to choose from

talked to my favorite bartender last night and he said the special tonight was a 12oz ribeye with grilled mushrooms and and onions-- I wonder what I am gonna eat hmmmmmmm oh yea this is not rocket science

I am just waiting for some of the health freaks to ge on me over eating all this red meat
