Default The Agenda: February 20 - 26

This week's dinner selections have only two definites going in, and that would be stuffed peppers (sides not sure yet, but maybe potatoes or peas) and salmon sandwiches (side of baked beans). I may go to Market Street and get a Cobb salad once of these next few nights.

Have a fabulous week with good eats, and bon appetit!

I made Debsi's shrimp with mustard-horseradish sauce. I was a bad girl and served it over rice AND had French bread on the side for dipping. It was very, very, very delicious.

Actually, it's a perfect summer dinner -- not hot (can be warm, but it's not HOT) and light. Yeah, I know... it's winter.
