Strip steaks with baked potatoes, sour cream, butter and any veggies I want at the time, since I'm stocked up real good with veggies. Maybe I'll have brocolli and cheese.

DH knows how to make chicken parmesan now, so he's going to try making it with round steak. I don't know what that would be called, but it will probably taste OK.

I've decided that I'm just making my rounds at everyone's house tonight and I'm going to sample everything you guys are making! YUMMMMMM it all sounds so good!

I don't know what I'm making for tonight yet

I mistakenly bought 18 eggs when I already had 18 eggs in the fridge (plus another 5)...

So tonight it's omlets! I have all kinds of fixin's for them so the family can choose what kind of omlet they'd like (peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepper jack, cheddar, bacon, tomatoes, salsa, olives, spinach, asparagus...)

Sides will be toast and raspberries/blueberries. Coffee for the adults, milk for the kiddies.

I made beer-battered fish and chips last night with slaw, finally got the rest of the garden planted yesterday....I'm just gonna chill out today.

Salmon provencale with spinich cooked in garlic, and brown rice. I'll be drinking Vinho Verde wine with that.:-)
