TGIF all!!! I'm just gonna call what we are having the "Lent special" from now on because its what we seem to have every Friday lol....panko breaded flounder with broccoli and fettucine alfredo ....I don't think I'll ever get sick of it
I don't come here often enough, sooo many good ideas here!
Tonight bottom round slow cooked in golden mushroom soup w/lots of veggies over noodles.
Tomorrow, chicken breasts marinated in soy sauce & baked.
Eveybody must be having clean fridges with all the leftovers tonight! That is what we are doing as well. If anybody is still hungry I'll fix them a breaded tenderloin.
