The Agenda: April 17 - 23
This week's selections for dinner at the Case abode will include chicken parmagiana (cheese toast, salad) for tonight. Then, as the week goes on, I've got spaghetti (sides unknown), beef chimichangas, and either stuffed peppers or chicken pot pie.

Spinach and bacon quiche, brioche, salad out of the garden with tarragon ranch dressing, carrot cake.
90% of the menu was either produced here on the farm, or locally sourced within 20 miles of here.
Kinda proud of that!
