I made my own TexMex. One can of refried beans with green chiles, a one pound loaf of Velveeta Spicy Buffalo, and a large jar of Publix store brand hot Salsa. All melted together and scooped up with yellow corn chips. Needless to say it was very good. Now I can nap through this thunderstorm.

We were thinking of grilling our pork chops, but it is 97 degrees outside. I think I will make pan-fried pork chops w/cream gravy and some buttered noodles.
