Get on to me all you want but I had to go to a Mexican food restaurant with family - had a visitation tonight for my great uncle who had dementia and got into a car accident. He'd be in and out of the nursing home, too. It was a real shame. But anyhow, I'm not a fan of Mexican food so I had to settle for some chicken tenders with fries. The restaurant had run out of steaks as well as every soda except for Sprite.

Homemade barbecued pork fried rice. Looks like I may be having the leftover for lunch tomorrow, but we'll see.

We had pork fried rice too, and sauteed some zucchini and summer squash on the side with garlic, onion, and some portabella, so the granddaughter didn't waste them! Leftovers for me and I like it

I have some left over chicken, pork and steak so I am going to make a quick and easy strogonoff meal. We will also have greens (I have so many and want to get rid of them) and maybe a fruit salad.
