Things back to normal, company gone so last night was my love..Meatloaf.

It's great to have out of state people visiting..but it's also sort of great to get rid of them
OMG I am dieting so I need to fess up. Carrot cake (I scraped off MOST of the frosting), 1/2 rack of ribs and a big azz salad w/ raspberry vinaigrette. Ouch.
