Leftover roast pork, veggies, rice with a little pork gravy, some eggs...now pork-fried rice

My husband loves burgers. Since he cooks most nights, we have burgers at least once a week.

Since I had such a big lunch today, I'm just having a bowl of Spanish-style chicken soup.

Monday night we had baked herb chicken breasts, scalloped potatoes and green beans. Last night we had a broiled ham steak, baked sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Not sure about tonight yet--maybe mussels in garlic and butter over pasta. Been so busy with work and planning for our upcoming company, my daughter and her family I haven't seen in over a year will be here today, that I keep forgetting to check in here. Sorry!
