Yummy, and sooooooo easy!
Love it that you are using recipes from this site! Don't you just love her recipes????

Tonight was grilled hamburgers. I also made a roast and taters and carrots in the crockpot, along with a crockpot full of spaghetti for DH since I am going to Pigeon Forge, TN tomorrow for a week. I also made him a huge tossed salad that he can dip out of. LOL I don't want him going hungry! (I also have a frozen meatloaf in the freezer if needed!)

My dinners for the next week will be (gasp!) prepared by other hands than minne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fettucine alfredo with grilled chicken for us tonight. Today is my son's 9th birthday and this is his favorite! We will either have broccoli or a salad to go along with it.

I'm making beet & carrot latkes from a recipe I got from site eggsonsunday.wordpress.com, but freezing half - 8 are just too may for one meal for me, even with leftovers. And either a broiled lamb chop or pork chop and wild and brown rice pilaf.

Happy Anniversary. Not many couples make it to 53. Your dinner sounds wonderful. The cruise sounds wonderful, too.

We are having chicken parm and spaghetti.
