Chicken breast in the crock pot with bbq sauce. Homemade mashed potatoes. Green beans.

And lemonaid pie for dessert. Mmm.

I think this is one perfect dinner. DandJ also had mac and cheese last night which is one of my favorites. I think I need to rethink dinner tonight.

However, we are having gnocchis and meatballs with a salad.

Believe it or not, we weren't served mostaccioli! Is it a full moon or something? (Some said it was because the wedding was in Illinois, rather than in Missouri.)
But they did serve Italian salad, potatoes and Italian bread with butter. So I wasn't totally disappointed.

Corned beef is cooking in the crockpot. I plan on roasted white rose potatoes and some steamed broccoli to go with it.

I took my Neice and Nephew to Steak and Shake.
Then we went to a little 9/11 memorial and the Park where I worked off most of the shake.
Great excersise plan, get a 3 year old.

We're having Asian chicken salad - chicken, bok choy, napa cabbage, cilantro, scallions, carrots, and dressing, with toasted walnuts on top. First time trying this recipe, so I hope it's good!
