Merry Christmas to all ye Foodies far and wide!

I've been invited to a friend's for Christmas dinner - he is making prime rib w/ horseradish sauce, cornbread salad, and I'm not sure what else.

I am bringing fixings for sangria and also a green salad of butter lettuce, baby spinach, and romaine hearts topped with pomegranate seeds, toasted walnuts, seeded cucumber slices, and crumbled gorgonzola. Vinaigrette for dressing.

I also cut a bunch of italian parsley from the garden which I hope can find its way into something today.

Merry Christmas to our Food board.

We are having beef stroganoff over buttered noodles, steamed broccoli, wheatberry dinner rolls, with coconut cake and pizzelles for dessert.

Merry Christmas foodies and everyone else that's peeking!
Roast turkey, stuffing, horribly fattening mashed potatoes (butter, sour cream, cream cheese, then some butter melting on top). Cabbage rolls, carrots, brussel sprouts, salad. Tiramisu for dessert. Of course some wine!
