(To bjh) I regret any qualms I had about New Year's guests: They brought cheese! Lots and lots of cheese! It's hard to think what I'll eat tomorrow, but calzones are on again, this time with provolone, parmesan, romano, fontina and mozz. They went away with lots of great leftovers too, but even divvied there's still tons of cheese! Tonight, Sunday, was my quiet time.

BBQ chicken wings, corn-on-the-cob,and butter peas.

Dessert? It could end up being homemade peanut butter cookies!

Split pea soup. I have two leftover ham bones and a good deal of leftover ham. I was planning on making a navy bean soup as well, but the kale thread has me craving ribollita now.

Tomorrow it's turkey tetrazzini to use up the rest of the leftover turkey.

I don't know what we're doing tonight - flounder with alfredo maybe, or maybe just past with sauce and meatballs...DH will be home a little later tonight so I want something fast and easy in case he gets held up.

Tacos are the best. In fact, roosty has just convinced me to go to the $1.25/per taqueria down the street from my office for lunch.

Dinner is the rest of the spaghetti I made last night and a salad.

I'm thinking Meatloaf, most likely going to saute some of that kale up before it goes funky on me.
