Well Kats I hate to bust your bubble but no key lime pie. Rump Roast will be a re creation of my late MIL's Sunday dinner. It will be sided with green peas (out of a can to be authentic) and mashed potatoes. And for dessert we will be having chocolate cake with white coconut icing and a cherry on top. Not sure of the date but most likely next Sunday. I'll post and let you know how it turns out. She would fix that every other weekend and then a ham with raisin sauce every other weekend. She bought both from the meat market I worked at. I think we will even break out the fine china for this one.
Oh My! Please let me know how it turns out - also tell me about how she cooked the ham.
