Fish tonight. I only make one kind - except for shrimp occassionally. Flounder baked in panko with some kind of pasta - probably cavatappi tonight - with alfredo sauce. My kids and husband love it. We have it just about about every week at some point, but this will probably be our Friday regular until Lent is over.
