As sometimes happens dinner plans got change at the last minute. We went to a BBQ favorite place and had the dieter's special. Unlimited veggies on a salad bar and a decent serving of sliced lean pork.

Good ol' Trader Joe's came through for me again! For dinner tonight, I had their crispy orange chicken with a side of steamed broccoli and steamed white rice. Boy, was that GOOD!

I ate in the car.
Fresh sliced mozzarella & homegrown tomato (that just ripened) on an egg roll.

Last night invented end-of-fridge soup --

Smoked sausage, onion, celery, 1 apple, 1/2 a cabbage turned into a soup to be eaten with saltines. Very good.

Tonight I believe we are gnawing on our own arms for sustenance. I like mine raw with salt.
