Default The Agenda: March 27 - April 2

This week's dinner selections will start off this afternoon with Shake-N-Bake pork chops with a vegetable medley. Overnight, I plan to marinate some country-style boneless pork ribs for tomorrow night (the cooking starting in the George Foreman for that browning, and then to be slow-cooked in my oven). Other than that, it's fried shrimp later in the week (pre-made SeaPak baked in the oven) and Saltgrass prime rib out with my mother on Tuesday night. Next week, I will give my vacation food preview.

Have a great week at your dinner table, and bon appetit!

Tonight is cedar plank salmon, boards are soaking right now. Salmon was caught in Alaska last year and its the last of our stash. Baked sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Bought some seeds today for the garden this year. C'mon Spring....we need ya!
