Freezer meal tonight - Costco 4 Cheese Ravioli with homemade mushroom veggie marinara sauce. I pan fried some sliced chicken sausage, deglazed with wine, and added the red sauce. Yum.

Just finished cooking and now enjoying turkey spaghetti w/ a slice of garlic toast and a can of some of the finest sparkling water Krogers has.

Shrimp Tacos and Margaritas in Santa Cruz. Fresh Seafood by the Pacific Ocean on a clear evening. I'll keep you folks updated on our culinary delights sampled this weekend. Tomorrow its on to Monterey. Eat your hearts out. MUAH!!!

Serve it over hot steaming rice wit fresh french bread, you can also use chicken if you don't like gator.
