tonight will be fridays. i chose it because they have some decent options for a guy who is watching his girly figure.
at fridays last night i had the italian wedge salad, japanese hibachi chicken skewers with veggies and rice, shared the brownie obsession with my wife (75% me, 20% wife, 5% 14 month old daughter).
tonight i will be having grilled chicken, angel hair pasta, mixed veggies, tomato sauce. im trying to use up my chicken and the veggies to clear out some room in the freezer. then when its used up, my dinners will be changed over to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
BBQ chicken, parsley potatoes and a vegetable. For dessert it'll be Angel Lush cake. No, we're not drinking tonight. That's a light dessert using angel food cake, sugar free cool whip and pineapple bits in light syrup.

I think we're having pizza tonight to break Passover's bread ban.
Yeah, yeah, I know, I know, I've been eating bread all along. But my husband hasn't. And I'm nothing if not supportive in his quest for bread for dinner!
So I asked my DH if ham again tonight would be to much--he just looked at me like you're kidding right--again-- and I told him I could eat it every night so he agreed to one more night of ham. Therefore I will make scalloped potatoes with warmed up ham slices and asparagus.
We're having the leftover cheese potato casserole from Sunday, cube steaks and some kind of vegetable. I have a big old wedge of cake left over from my birthday, too. I'll split it with the hubster.
I've had a pot of marinara going all afternoon, got some really yummy mushroom raviolis that I am getting ready to boil up to have with the sauce, I have some salad out of the garden with a balsamic vinaigrette, and some really yummy Italian bread from a local bakery to mop everything up with!
